Our Support

Our team is located throughout the GTA. We pull all the very best talent whether design, programming or planners to deliver you the very best quality of work.

Our objective with every project is to be clear and honest in our work and ideas. As your partner we will engage in many face-to-face meetings when launching a new project alongside many phone chats, and conference calls to ensure everyone is on the same page and understands each of their responsibilities.

We will work with you to define the project’s functional requirements and in regular communications provide feedback to the team to ensure change requests are fulfilled and the end product is in line with your expectations.

Interactive Director

Tiffany brings 27 years of programming and account management to the table, along with a team of programmers from University of Waterloo computer science/engineering graduates—known for technology and web development and who specialize in database development.

Our team also has several other programmers whose specialties range from e-commerce, animation and a variety of web platforms and content management systems.

Our team also includes a Google certified SEO expert and email newsletter experts.

We create outstanding websites that are setup to be easily maintained in-house.

Tiffany worked for The Ministry of Natural Resources for 17 years managing multiple websites.

We have worked on product development teams that serve many international customers, and have experience in codebases with > 100,000 lines of code across the whole web technology stack.


Strategic Marketer

Building brands and creative solutions that focus on one mission – to deliver results and build the brand.

Starting out young and driven in the agency world I had the opportunity to create the ideal foundation to my career. Working on packaged goods I built an understanding and respect for how to build a brand, the importance of creativity and clarity and how to deliver against a client’s business needs.

With this, I moved client side to understand the demands, needs and layers of the clients business.

Working at Sprint Canada I delved into the world of multi-tasking, building brands and creating solid, deliverable campaigns.

My career grew with a move to Roots Canada as the Director of Marketing strengthening and managing the Roots core brand alongside of licensees, kids and home businesses and launching into the world of the Olympics.

I then moved to new challenges at Shoppers Drug Mart where, as the director of Marketing I managed the business of Front Shop, Pharmacy and Private Label.

Wanting to expand my horizons I then turned to Reader’s Digest to take on the world of Publishing, refreshing and revamping the Reader’s Digest brand, launching Best Health magazine and working to provide strategic, relevant and creative in – magazine and online solutions for our clients such as P&G, Kraft and L’Oreal.’

This new path has provided me with the opportunity to work with the best people I have encountered in the business and together as a team bring incredible work and real results for our clients such as Ron White Shoes, Air Rider Hovercraft and Skyservice Business Aviation.

It has been the most rewarding path I have taken and without a doubt the crux of my career that makes me happy everyday to bring outstanding work to outstanding clients.



Creative Director

Lisa’s passion lies in design. It isn’t about a job or a career, it is about living and loving the work that she does day in and day out.

Her drive and creative energy are what leads her from one challenge to the next.

Lisa has an extensive background in editorial design, retail marketing and branding which has laid a strong foundation for interactive design by combining her use of type, imagery and user experience into one.


Internet Marketing Specialist

Kim has been studying internet marketing since the inception of public websites in 1991, back in the days of dial up.

Her entrepreneurial spirit has led her career through the launch of many online start-ups, assisting with web development, e-commerce, search engine optimization, search engine marketing / paid ad campaigns and social media marketing.

Her passion is in the digits, the analytics, the data, the ability to show the successes of her work to our clients.  

Kim has been with Chickle Designs since January 2011.
